This past year I participated in the FCA E3
Discipleship Training and learned how to
better engage relationally with coaches and
athletes, equip student leaders with tools to
help them grow in their faith, and empower
students to better lead the FCA huddle on
our campus. The E3 training affirmed to me
that we are on the right track as we move into
the next year! Loma Alta is seeing tremendous
growth throughout our FCA student led
meetings. This year we’ve had over 220 students
attend in the first two months of the fall semester. Loma Alta huddle leaders are teaching and using the FCA tools with their huddle groups to spread the word of our mighty Father and I’ve been able to use the E3 training to better serve our coaches ministry huddles.New Paragraph
